During the current business climate affected by the Covid-19 pandemic, we had clients shift their business focus, which impacted their talent needs dramatically. GRI rose to the challenge in partnership with our clients. For example, some GRI clients launched new manufacturing lines (auto) and services (healthcare) that just 90 days prior were not in our client’s scope. As a result of these Covid-19 impacts, GRI rapidly onboarded hundreds of new suppliers who provided new skill set needs; ensuring our clients met their new business strategy successfully — while still controlling cost, quality and compliance.

GRI will create reporting that is a vital part of the program to closely monitor the usage of these suppliers and overall expenditure to guarantee the proper diversity goals are met. GRI’s Corporate Supplier Diversity Lead is Lisa Wilson, a 17-year veteran in supplier diversity program and engagement for the contingent labor industry. Lisa has created a comprehensive supplier diversity program for GRI and GRI’s clients to take advantage of and govern diversity initiatives.
